jordancon 2012

So Jordan made a joke a month or two back that he wanted a birthday party, and that he was going to call it Jordan-Con (a play on Morrison-Con, the convention for comic writer Grant Morrison, which is a very silly event that actually exists).  He made the joke... Jimmy and I made it a reality.

Kinda bummed that this picture didn't come out better... our shirts are pretty impossible to make out.  Luckily enough, I managed to get some photos of the individual designs:

Mine

Jimmy's

Jordan's
(taken in a different room with much different lighting, and I wasn't
able to fix it in post... it's not actually that weird shade of cat pee yellow)

The Puff Paints were totally my idea.  Obviously.  (Thanks to Jimmy for being my Partner in Obnoxiousness!  And thanks to Jordan for being a good sport and wearing his for as long as he did!  In public, no less)

Jordan-Con is a 2-day event ("event") that consisted of Ole's Waffle Shop in Alameda with Jimmy and our fabulous friend Starla (bessssst wafffffffles everrrrrrr), wandering through an incredible antique shop, and then pizza and a movie in the evening.  Tomorrow is cake day, as well as Bad Movie Night and hopefully some more Cards Against Humanity, as he may have received the expansion pack as a birthday gift.  :]

Off to bake!
