Jordan and I spent our 3 year anniversary at the Alternative Press Expo (aka APE), and this was the first time
ever that I was able to go there with him! It is an awesome smaller convention full of... well,
alternative press. While there wasn't as much literature as I would have liked, there was plenty of handmade goodness to go around! (Not to mention I kind of made out like a bandit, because clearly a lady needs a necklace with a fennec fox dressed up like Sherlock Holmes* in order to be complete.)
That last one is proof that I can be funny. Usually I'm not so sure about such things (especially considering how many "Kayla you're being REALLY weird" looks I get and how often Jordan sighs and says that I've "gone to my place") but now I have photographic evidence of making at least
one person laugh
once!
